Studien von Deloitte, Gallup und PwC zeigen übereinstimmend: Der Austausch einer amerikanischen Führungskraft kann bis zu 2,5× des Jahresgehalts kosten – inklusive Rekrutierung, Einarbeitung und Produktivitätsverlusten. Die Auswertung unserer eigenen Daten aus über zwei Jahrzehnten deutsch-amerikanischer Executive Search verdeutlicht in vielen Fällen eine noch weiterreichende Wirkung.
