Transitioning from military service into the civilian workforce can be a challenge, but we are here to help bridge that gap. Through our new partnership with the DOW SkillBridge program, Symbotic is looking to hire proven problem-solvers with the strong leadership and technical capabilities that are forged in military service. At Symbotic, participants will take part in on-the-job training designed to help them explore opportunities across the organization, many of which will be a natural fit for service members who have led teams, managed complex operations, and maintained critical systems in fast-paced environments. Our SVP of Customer Operations, Peter Opalacz, says it best: "As a veteran, this collaboration is personally meaningful to me... We’re excited to connect with – and learn from – service members with the potential to make a powerful impact across our operations." Warehouse automation should do more than improve productivity inside its four walls. The most advanced automation platforms are designed to create benefits across the broader supply chain by improving inventory visibility, increasing storage density, supporting downstream efficiencies, and helping operations adapt to changing demand. The Symbotic approach is built around these broader business outcomes, combining robotics and AI-driven software to optimize the movement of goods from receiving through fulfillment. As supply chains continue to evolve, the conversation is shifting from "How can we automate tasks?" to "How can we improve the entire flow of goods?". Read more about how Symbotic is helping organizations answer that question: https://lnkd.in/eYvE8CER What other approaches have you seen that look to improve the flow of goods beyond the warehouse? #WarehouseAutomation #BetterFulfillment #Robotics #IntelligentSystems #PhysicalAI #SupplyChainInnovation #Symbotic

Sometimes, discovering your true passion means coming full circle. Nick Falken started his career working in a warehouse, transitioned to accounting, earned his MBA from Michigan State University… and is now bringing his journey back to supply chain with Symbotic’s Operations Development Program (ODP)! For professionals like Nick, the ODP isn't just about applying what you already know—it's a dynamic environment where you push your boundaries and continuously challenge yourself. Through the program, he is strengthening his operational analysis, solving complex problems, and developing his leadership skills alongside a collaborative team. If you are looking to continuously learn and make a tangible impact, come meet our team at upcoming career fairs and industry conferences to see how the ODP could be your launchpad. #SymboticCareers #ODP #CareerFair #CampusRecruiting #TechConference #SupplyChainCareers #LeadershipDevelopment #HiringEvent #FutureOfSupplyChain

Innovation in robotics isn't just about the final, polished product – it's about the daily problem-solving, rapid prototyping, and cross-team collaboration that gets us there. Building complex systems means constant testing, tweaking, and iterating. Shouting out our engineering and testing teams doing the quiet, heavy lifting behind the scenes. Here’s a look inside Symbotic’s Innovation and Technology Center, as our team prepares for our next deployments. #BehindTheBot #LifeAtSymbotic #WarehouseAutomation #RoboticsEngineering #HardwareEngineering #TechInnovation

When people discuss warehouse automation, they often focus on individual robot specs: picks per hour, payload capacity, placement accuracy, or top speeds. In modern, high-density fulfillment systems, however, a critical metric for automation efficiency is how effectively a fleet of mobile robots can coordinate their movements as they navigate together in a finite, shared space. As economic factors demand increased storage density and fast, accurate fulfillment, distributors and wholesalers need more capacity, more flexibility, and more work performed in less space. This requires an intelligent system, powered by physical AI, that can perceive, plan, and adapt across hundreds of moving parts. Read more about how to build intelligence into fleets of connected machines in our blog post, “The Bottleneck for Dense Storage isn’t Robot Performance. It’s the Traffic,” written by Symbotic’s CTO Dr. James Kuffner: https://lnkd.in/eYcQ36PD #Blog #WarehouseAutomation #Robotics #MobileRobots #FleetManagement #PhysicalAI #SupplyChainInnovation #Symbotic

Another great Town Hall in the books! The Symbotic team gathered to discuss our Q3 fiscal year 2026 results and a number of strategic business updates. While the metrics tell a story of incredible precision and growth, we know the real story isn't just about perfect machines: it's about the human, authentic, and passionate efforts of the people who build and engineer them. Hearing directly from leadership about wins and progress is a powerful reminder that none of this happens without the hearts and minds of our team. We're not just automating the supply chain; we're fundamentally reimagining it – together. #SymboticLife #TeamCulture #Q3Earnings #SupplyChainInnovation
