Getting Digit to dance takes more than putting on some fancy shoes – our AI Team can teach Digit new whole-body control capabilities overnight. Using raw motion data from mocap, animation, and teleop methods, Digit gets new skills through sim-to-real reinforcement training. Each customer that Agility serves has different work flows and a unique factory layout. Building our humanoid to be adaptable enough to quickly master new movements and expertise is essential to finding efficiency – no matter the operation, no matter the changing conditions.

The future of work isn't just coming — it's already on the factory floor. Agility and our partner Schaeffler were featured in The Wall Street Journal, spotlighting what's actually happening in manufacturing today: Digit, our humanoid, is in full production at Schaeffler's facility. Not a pilot. Not a proof of concept. A real robot, doing real work, on a real line. Link to the full article in the comments. #HumanoidRobots #FutureOfWork #PhysicalAI
