As we close out #WomensHistoryMonth, we wanted to recognize our very own marketing leader who has transformed how we execute at Sprig! Since joining in December, Katie Herd hasn’t just managed, she’s partnered. By taking deep ownership of our marketing function and fostering high-level execution, she’s created a space where the entire team can thrive. ✨The Marketing team wins so far: Collaboration: Bridging the gap between Sales, Product, and CS to ensure we’re all rowing in the same direction. Scale: Powering through the NYC ERS conference with 500+ attendees, a true testament to her ability to lead a collective effort. Clarity: Bringing strategic thinking that turns complex goals into actionable wins for the whole squad. We’re proud to have leaders like Katie driving Sprig forward. 🚀 #LifeAtSprig #MarketingLeadership

Maria Stiller captured something we care deeply about at Sprig. The magic of these dinners isn’t just what happens around the table, it’s the conversations that unfold between courses, the new connections formed, and the ideas that keep evolving long after the night ends. We’re so grateful to everyone who shows up with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to share their knowledge and learn from one another. Thank you, Maria, for being part of the Sprig community and for sharing this. 💛 More dinners soon. We can’t wait to see you there.
I had a career highlight last week and wanted to share it. Thank you to Sprig for hosting a bunch of us UX Researchers for a dinner in the city. I have to say meeting other researchers is SUCH A VALIDATING experience. There is something in our collective DNA that rings true across all of us. As someone who’s built many a persona, I can’t help but notice the affinities we share: marrying creative energy with analytical thinking. So many of us are clearly the person who likes to get in there and tinker. I could detect the researcher need to question and optimize in all of us, “Why accept things the way they are when we can make a system. Idk if it’s better but we can measure it!” The discussion Sprig curated was thoughtful and timely. You know I love a good discussion guide! We’re living in an interesting time for the UXR craft. It meant so much to sit and talk about what UXR looks like especially now in the age of AI. How do we democratize research without losing quality or inviting silos? I tried to stay present but found myself jotting notes anyway, occupational hazard I guess. Anyhow, I wanted to thank each person for contributing so openly and generously. Y’all made a room full of strangers feel more like a tribe. I left with my cup full and a few pages of notes I'm still unpacking. Here's to the researchers doing the quiet, powerful work of making sure someone is always in the room asking "but is this something the user actually needs?"

AI isn’t replacing UX research. It’s raising expectations for it. As teams adopt AI across the research lifecycle, leaders are being asked to do something harder than move faster: ensure that speed doesn’t come at the expense of rigor, trust, or context. In our latest blog, Karen Eisenhauer explores what research leaders are learning as AI scales and why the role is shifting from execution to stewardship. AI creates leverage. The craft is what turns speed into insight. Read more → https://lnkd.in/g2RQQWHZ #AIinUX #AIinResearch #UXResearch #ResearchCraft #HumanCenteredAI #ResearchLeadership
