I swim in the Bay most weeks because it's the only place nobody can reach me. Today I spent forty minutes out there 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 😂 People hear Sauna and think chatbot. Fair, it's the shape they've been handed. But Sauna learns how you work and then builds you software for it. Ask it something twice and a small app shows up, and every app it builds sits on the same foundation of context, so they all talk to each other and to the agent. The agent reuses the endpoints it already built, which makes the next thing faster and cheaper than the last one. So it's 𝐚 𝐡𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐈 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞, and you pick per task how much gets decided fresh and how much runs the same way every time. That's the part I still can't compress. Somewhere between apologising to my own voice memo about the waves and getting back to shore I thought I had it. Did that make sense?
