    This is why it's important to be patient and take your time to build relationships. I met Kristin Hughes back in 2019 at a TalentNet Media conference organized by Craig Fisher. It's an incredible conference for recruiters and talent acquisition (TA) professionals to learn the latest tactics and tools in the hiring world. We've kept in touch over the years and often go to similar events, especially tech recruiting and networking events around town.   • Great recruiters don’t just fill roles - they build relationships. Shelley Casino and Taylor Zacarias recently hosted a dinner to celebrate a few of their consultants. It was a chance to simply say thank you for the impact they make for our clients and our team.
