This is why it's important to be patient and take your time to build relationships. I met Kristin Hughes back in 2019 at a TalentNet Media conference organized by Craig Fisher. It's an incredible conference for recruiters and talent acquisition (TA) professionals to learn the latest tactics and tools in the hiring world.
