With her exterior structure complete, attention now turns to the elegant interiors, expansive public spaces, and exceptional culinary experiences that will welcome guests aboard.   As the first of five planned Sonata Class ships, Oceania Sonata represents the next generation of small-ship luxury and the beginning of an exciting new era for the brand. As communities across Colombia continue navigating the aftermath of the devastating 7.4 magnitude earthquake on August 10, support is urgently needed.   The Cruz Roja Colombiana (Colombian Red Cross) is on the ground, deploying search-and-rescue and emergency response teams while supporting assessments and helping reconnect families.   To support these efforts, NCLH will match up to $20,000 in total donations to the American Red Cross, which is working in coordination with the Colombian Red Cross.   ❤️ Donate here: https://lnkd.in/etHCYrya   Every contribution can help provide critical assistance to the affected Colombian communities.

Keep Bears Wild has a WINNER 🐻🎨   This week, we joined our partners, Alaska Department of Fish and Game and Juneau City Of Borough, to announce and celebrate Crystal Jackson as the winning artist of the Keep Bears Wild contest.   After receiving thousands of votes, Crystal’s vibrant artwork, “Wild and Clean,” will be featured on 44 bear-resistant rubbish bins throughout downtown Juneau and as a mural at Warners Wharf. The installations bring creativity and conservation together, reminding residents and visitors to properly secure garbage and protect Alaska’s bears.   As part of this Sail & Sustain® initiative, Crystal received a $7,000 prize and selected National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Juneau to receive a $3,000 donation.   Thank you to every artist who shared their talent, everyone who cast a vote, and all our partners who made this initiative such a success!   Read the story: https://lnkd.in/evMPZV5Z

It is the USA’s 250th birthday weekend! And as we prepare for the festivities, we’re also thinking about the people whose courage, sacrifice, and resilience continue to shape our nation’s story.   In that spirit, we are honored to contribute $25,000 to the American Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces, helping care for service members, veterans, and military families during moments of uncertainty and transition.    Our team also had the opportunity to express their gratitude in a personal way by writing cards to members of the armed forces during a recent Red Cross workshop.   We are proud to support those who serve, along with the families who stand beside them. Wishing everyone a safe and happy July 4th weekend!   And Happy 250th Birthday USA!

Belltown just got a bold new splash of color 🐋🎨 This week, we joined Port of Seattle, Councilmember Robert Kettle, Belltown United, and neighbors to celebrate the completion of a new mural in Belltown by acclaimed local artist Shogo Ota. Located at 55 Bell Street, the mural is a vibrant tribute to Belltown’s maritime heritage and will be one of the first sights Norwegian Cruise Line passengers see as they disembark in Seattle. As part of our long-standing commitment to the city, a $30,000 contribution to Belltown United supported the 2026 Belltown Mural Festival, helping bring 20+ artists, 15 new murals, free community events, and more than 1,000 attendees to the neighborhood. Our ships have called Seattle home for more than two decades, and we’re proud to invest in the public spaces, local artists, and partnerships that make this homeport so special. In 2025, our teams advanced initiatives across our operations, team member experience, supply chain, and destinations. Among the milestones highlighted in the report, we equipped 74% of our fleet with shore power capabilities, helping reduce emissions at berth and improve air quality in port communities. We also contributed ~$2 million in cash and in-kind donations to nonprofit organizations globally, directly supporting communities where we live, work, and operate.
