Assessments like Hogan or DISC can be useful. But do not worship them. They should not replace structured behavioral interviews. They definitely should not be the sole reason someone gets hired or rejected. In agency environments, you are hiring for agility, resilience, and collaboration. No assessment perfectly predicts that.
