𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗣𝗨 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. We're introducing three updates to Gcore GPU Cloud that give you more precision and flexibility over how you use and pay for GPU compute. 1. GPU VMs on NVIDIA AI infrastructure (Sines, Portugal) 🇵🇹 Get NVIDIA H100 GPU performance with cloud-native flexibility. Right-size your compute (1, 2, 4, or 8 GPUs) and power off when you're not training: GPU billing pauses while your config stays intact. 2. Spot GPUs for Bare Metal ⚡ For fault-tolerant workloads like large-scale preprocessing, checkpoint-resilient training, or batch jobs that can handle interruption, Spot GPUs deliver Bare Metal performance for teams who know how to architect around preemption. 3. Pricing that reflects our scale 📊 As our sovereign GPU regions have grown, so has our efficiency. We're passing that directly to you with updated pricing across Gcore Bare Metal GPU instances. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁: 𝗮 𝗚𝗣𝗨 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. Whether you're a startup validating a hypothesis, an R&D lab running burst PoCs, or an enterprise scaling production, Gcore GPUs now flex with your roadmap to deliver on cost efficiency and performance. 📖 Read more on our blog: https://lnkd.in/d24xNkgX 🚀 Start building with 3-click deployment: https://lnkd.in/dt6wYNA7

Great perspective on a trap many engineering teams fall into – building impressive solutions instead of the right ones. In security especially, complexity without cohesion creates gaps. It’s not about having more tools, but about making them work together as a system. Worth the read 👇
A few years ago I worked at an engineering-first company. Brilliant people. Real innovators. They could build anything 🚀. They just didn’t care much about whether it solved the actual problem. Imagine a customer with a simple task: hammer a nail. Instead of giving them a hammer, the team invents a microscope. Complex, precise, impressive. And then explains why this is actually the right way to solve the problem. The issue wasn’t the microscope. It’s a great tool. The issue was using it where a hammer would do the job better. Both tools make sense — in the right context. That’s exactly what happens in security. Different classes of tools exist for a reason: - L3/L4 DDoS protection - L7 protection - WAF / WAAP - Bot management - API security - CDN Each solves a specific problem, in a specific layer, with its own strengths. The problem starts when you try to cook a single dish from all these ingredients 🍲 🔀 Different data planes ⚙️ Different control models 👁️ Different visibility Instead of a system, you get a collection of components that were never meant to operate together. And this is where things break: - policies drift across layers - traffic handling becomes inconsistent - investigations take longer because context is fragmented - gaps appear exactly between components Attackers don’t care how strong each layer is. They look for where the layers don’t connect. This is why Network Security Edge is not about replacing tools. It’s about making them work as a system from the start. One platform that applies the right mechanisms at the right layer: - volumetric protection at L3/L4 - behavioral and protocol controls at L7 - application and API security - bot mitigation - delivery and performance optimization - edge logic when needed No stitching. No cross-vendor assumptions. No hidden gaps. You still have microscopes 🔬 You still have hammers 🔨 They’re just part of one system that knows when to use each of them. #Gcore #SecurityEdge #Europe

Gcore Radar Report Q3-Q4 2025: DDoS attacks are accelerating. Our latest data shows a 150% year-on-year surge in DDoS activity – with attacks becoming more frequent, more sophisticated, and increasingly persistent. In Q4 2025 alone, attacks jumped to 1.3 M (vs. 512 K in Q4 2024). Tech remains the top target (34%), followed by finance (20%) and gaming (19%) – but the reality is that no industry is immune anymore. What we’re seeing is a clear shift: DDoS is no longer just about isolated incidents, but about sustained pressure on digital infrastructure. This makes proactive protection and resilience more critical than ever. We share these insights to help make the internet more resilient and to give organizations the data they need to stay ahead. 👉 Get the full report: https://lnkd.in/dgbTyHUv. 🛡️ If you believe your infrastructure or web-application is under attack, you can enable protection quickly or get support from our team: https://lnkd.in/dyYxgBPT.

𝗚𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 At KubeCon last year, Everywhere AI was introduced as a 3-click inference layer. Today, at #KubeCon + #CloudNativeCon Europe 2026, we're showing how it has evolved into a full-workload platform for the entire AI lifecycle. Our 3-click deployment is available across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. What's behind the latest phase of this evolution: • 𝗝𝘂𝗽𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Develop and prototype directly in the same environment where models are trained and deployed, removing friction between teams • 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗱 𝗦𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗺: Access HPC-grade orchestration with simplicity for distributed training, reducing infrastructure management complexity • 𝗧𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 + 𝗡𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗜𝗔 𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗼: Get more efficient scaling with up to 6× higher throughput and 2× lower latency, while optimizing GPU usage and cost. The result: one Kubernetes-native platform to deploy AI everywhere, with simplicity. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/dwss2VB2.
