Today we are stoked to celebrate Neha Lalwani. Neha joined Elevate almost two years ago to support our Finance team as a Sr. Analyst and recently stepped into a new role as a Sr. Supply Chain Planner, where she continues to make an impact across the organization daily. Outside of her role, Neha is involved in our EOC community. She’s an active member of our Collective Access Group and the Women’s ERG, supporting connection and inclusion across Elevate.   A fun fact: Neha started snowboarding after joining Elevate. She spent her early days learning under the night lights at Snoqualmie. Now she’s making an impact both in the office and on the mountain. Thank you, Neha, for everything you bring to Elevate. Today, I’m excited to celebrate one of our Regional HR Directors from the Penzburg office, Stefanie Bauer. Most recently, Stefanie launched our new mentor program, Peak 2 Peak, which has already rolled out in Europe and will be launching in the U.S. later this year. This program is a reflection of her vision and commitment to supporting employee development here at EOC. In addition to this work, Stefanie is a key member of our Collective Access Group, where she helps sponsor and support initiatives such as our Women’s Employee Resource Group and other employee programs that help strengthen our culture. She is a thoughtful, and collaborative partner in every way and always willing to lean in and offer support to those who need it. If you’ve had the chance to work with or even chat with Stefanie, you already know how special that is. And if you haven’t…you’re genuinely missing out! As we honor Women’s History Month, I’m proud to shine a spotlight on two incredible sisters Jamie Harris & Shelby Thompson. Every day, they bring unmatched dedication to both customer and dealer services, working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our partners and consumers feel supported, informed, and valued. Their long hours, steady leadership, and unwavering commitment to their teams have created a ripple effect felt across the organization. These sisters lead by example, showing what’s possible when talent meets heart. They remind us that great service is more than a function—it’s a craft. And they exemplify the strength and drive that women continue to contribute to our industry every single day. Here’s to the women who put in the work, lift others up, and make an impact that lasts. In the ski industry, there are trailblazers… and then there is Tracy Gibbons — a woman whose impact has shaped, lifted, and inspired the Pacific Northwest ski community and beyond. With more than 25 years of deep-rooted expertise in ski hardgoods, retail leadership, and brand strategy under her belt, Tracy has carved her way into becoming one of the most respected and influential leaders in winter sports. Today, she brings that powerhouse presence to her role as Sales Director for the Marker, Dabello, and Volkl at Elevate Outdoor Collective, driving the success of iconic brands across North America and fueling the culture of the outdoors through innovation, strategy, and a whole lot of passion. But Tracy’s path has never been just about business metrics. It’s about community. It’s about elevating others. It’s about pouring decades of real‑world mountain experience into helping skiers of all levels feel stronger, braver, and more connected to the sport. She’s been a captain, a mentor, a president, a coach, a racer, and above all — an advocate for growing the sport responsibly and inclusively. As we recognize Women’s History Month, we celebrate women like Tracy who don’t just make history — they set the pace, carve new lines, and inspire the next generation to follow in their tracks (or make brand-new ones). From transforming complex challenges into seamless user experiences to inspiring teams with clarity, empathy, and vision, she consistently delivers above and beyond expectations. Her leadership has elevated not just our global web presence, but the people who work alongside her. I’m beyond proud to recognize Christie Burrow, our K2 Ski Boots Engineering Manager, whose vision and leadership recently brought the Anthem Series to life — a line of women’s ski boots that is truly set to redefine what’s possible in the category. Christie didn’t just design a boot. She challenged the status quo. She listened to women athletes, pushed for innovation, and championed performance without compromise. Her work is helping change the narrative for women in snow sports — proving that world‑class engineering and design thrive when women are leading the charge. Christie, thank you for your passion, your expertise, and your commitment to elevating women’s experiences in the outdoors. Your impact is already being felt across the industry, and we’re so grateful to have you driving the future of product innovation at K2. She champions innovation and leads with a style that’s equal parts grit and good vibes.
