  • Physical and mental health are deeply connected, but many workplace benefit programs still treat them as completely separate issues. This disconnected approach can make it difficult for employees to find the right care and create more administrative work for HR teams. Treating physical and mental health through a single vendor changes that dynamic. By aligning these programs, you can provide better, more accessible support for your employees while simplifying your day-to-day operations and improving ROI. Our latest blog post explores how a thoughtful, unified approach to wellbeing can help lower healthcare costs, reduce the administrative burden of managing multiple programs, and improve overall employee outcomes. ➡️https://hubs.li/Q0493QWB0

  • 📈 A recent SHRM survey found that 51% of workers whose jobs have had a negative or very negative impact on their mental health in the last six months are actively seeking a new job. Unfortunately, just 45% of HR professionals say their organizations provide educational resources on mental health. 💙 The right support=resilience. Providing resources, tools, and training that meet the unique needs of your employees is essential to making mental health an integral part of company culture. Here are some actions employers can take to make a difference: ✅ Communicate mental health resources and tools your employees have access to—year-round and across multiple channels. Not all employees access information in the same way. ✅ Train both managers and individual contributors to recognize signs of distress and how to offer meaningful support. Today’s individual contributors can be tomorrow’s company leaders. Build a strong foundation. ✅ Create consistent, meaningful opportunities for connection and recognition to help foster stronger teams. Simple gestures like celebrating milestones and encouraging peer shoutouts can go a long way in reducing isolation, building trust, and ensuring employees feel valued. ✅ Measure outcomes, not just utilization. It’s not just about offering a benefit, but understanding its impact on absenteeism, productivity, and overall wellbeing—and continuously improving it. Taking intentional steps like these can help create a culture where mental health is supported, people feel safe to reach out, and teams are stronger and more resilient.

  • AI is increasingly part of our lives, but what role should it play in mental health support? While technology offers new possibilities, it's important to understand the risks of unguided AI and prioritize clinical safety. Our latest blog post explores how a thoughtful, clinical-first approach to AI can support, rather than replace, the human connection that is so vital to effective mental health care.
