We are proud to announce that Cena Carioca, our latest multifamily project in Rio de Janeiro, has been awarded the internationally recognized EDGE Buildings Certification. The project achieves a 93% reduction in material CO2 emissions, alongside meaningful water and energy savings, demonstrating what a lifecycle approach to development can deliver in practice. The strength, vision and leadership of the women across our organization are fundamental to how we operate every day. In recognition of International Women’s Day, we supported initiatives dedicated to empowering women in our communities: In Calgary, our team attended the Discovery House Calgary Family Violence Prevention Society "She Is..." event, helping raise awareness for families healing from domestic violence. We also hosted a networking event connecting tenants with industry-leading women to share insights and experience, while supporting the FearIsNotLove and The Safe Haven Foundation of Canada foundations through donations.
