I haven't posted since October, and honestly, life picked up speed in ways I didn't anticipate.
2025 was a year of intentional building—diversifying the wellness and run space through storytelling, coaching, and community.
As I reflect on the year, a few moments stand out:
100MilesofSummer celebrated its 8th year with over 13,000 walkers, joggers, runners, and rollers worldwide logging over 100,000 miles from May 1 to August 31. We activated in new cities in partnership with local run crews—Team WEPA NYC, District Running Collective x Team After One in D.C., Blacklist L.A.—and returned to Toronto with Parkdale Road Runners and Queen Street West (QSW) Run Crew, all powered by lululemon.
I joined the Runna family as their newest and second U.S. Run Coach alongside Olympian Colleen Quigley, bringing personalized coaching to more runners looking to train smarter.
Always Alpha brought me into their talent management family—the first sports management firm of its kind fully focused on women's sports. Grateful to be building alongside a team that sees the value in elevating women athletes and creators!
I spoke on my first (but hopefully not last) MAKERS Women panel, hosted conversations celebrating community leaders and elevating women in running with AG1 and Long Distance, traveled to Japan for the World Athletics Track & Field World Championships, paced my sisters across the finish line of their first-ever half-marathon, supported runners at #ChicagoMarathon / New York Road Runners NYC Marathon / #EveryWomansMarathon, led a new signature class for runners with CELSIUS, and closed out the year booking my first tourism partnership with #VisitBarbados for the Run Barbados Marathon & Wellness Weekend.
Big big love to Tamika Ponce, Naana Vasic, MBA, MSc, Louis Serafini, Dom Maskell, Ben Parker, Cosette Chaput, Allyson Felix, Jordan Eliasson, GALE, Beatriz Guerrero and the many local market community managers and collaborators who made this year one for the books.
💫 Looking ahead to 2026: more storytelling with aligned brands, more panels at the intersection of community, sports, and running, more IRL movement experiences, and shooting my shot on partnering with South African Tourism to return for the Cape Town marathon—a place that immediately felt like home during my first visit in April while running my first Two Oceans 56k.
Abundantly blessed and grateful for everyone who supported me this year. Excited for all 2026 holds!
