What happens when one woman refuses to stay silent? In TOW, director Stephanie Laing explores the power of women finding their voices — and the strength that comes from community. A reminder that one voice can start a conversation, but together, women can create change. MAKERS was proud to serve as a consulting producer on this film, now in theaters today. 🎬 #MAKERSWomen #WomenInFilm #CommunityMatters

Lupita Nyong'o is using her voice to make women’s health impossible to ignore. Learn more at MakeFibriodsCount.org. Through Make Fibroids Count, she has joined forces with the Foundation for @foundationwomenshealth on a GoFundMe campaign dedicated to driving solutions for uterine fibroids — a condition that affects the majority of women and disproportionately impacts Black women, who face earlier onset, more severe symptoms, and three times the rate of hysterectomies. Launched during Black History Month and carried through Women’s History Month, this campaign is about more than awareness. It’s about equity. It’s about making the invisible visible — and locking arms to change what women have been expected to endure in silence. 📸: Foundation for Women's Health Full interview here: https://lnkd.in/grhEuKmT #MAKERSWomen #MakeFibroidsCount #WomensHealth #HealthEquity #WomensHistoryMonth #BlackHistoryMonth

Aditi Shah, Editor at The Shift and Peloton Interactive Instructor, reminds us that transformation starts internally. Creating meaningful workplaces requires genuine openness and the courage to model the culture we want to experience (with a little help from friends like Ally Love.) #MAKERS #MAKERSWomen
