What a great week in Nashville! We had the opportunity to spend time with incredible partners, meet new groups exploring management opportunities, and continue conversations around performance, growth, and what’s next for the industry. Over time, we have continued to refine our vision, strengthen our culture, and focus on what matters most: creating communities where older adults can continue to grow, contribute, and feel a true sense of belonging. This evolution represents a deeper alignment with our values and a renewed clarity in our identity as a hospitality-forward senior living organization. While our name has changed, our commitment remains the same. We are dedicated to building vibrant communities where residents, families, and team members thrive together. We’re excited for this next chapter as AgeWell Senior Living and look forward to continuing to support successful aging in every community we serve.

Today marked an exciting new chapter as we officially welcomed Beach House Senior Living into our managed portfolio. We were greeted with such warmth from this energetic and devoted team — and a very special thank you to Betty Southerland, whose genuine care and enthusiasm set the tone for a wonderful first day. She graciously introduced us to many of the residents and helped us immediately feel part of the Beach House family. We are incredibly excited for what lies ahead and proud to begin this partnership together.

Please join us in celebrating Executive Director Brent Atwell on his well-deserved retirement after 13 years of dedicated leadership at Sonata of Vero Beach. Brent helped shape a culture grounded in compassion, accountability, and a deep commitment to residents and team members alike.
