My Bio

Welcome. I am Colton M. Strawn, and I am a science and art enthusiast born and raised in Virginia. I enjoy drawing and writing, and I dabble in photography as a hobby.

But my real passion project is my sci-fi comic Princess of Psykron, which follows an alien princess with ice powers, superhuman abilities, and advanced technology. After failing to protect her home planet from a tyrannical regime, she is given a second chance when she is marooned on Earth and guards humanity from evil.

Inspired by some of my favorite films, TV series, books, and video games, Princess of Psykron is a tale of friendship, compassion, hope, and forgiveness. If you enjoy sci-fi and superheroes but want something a little different from mainstream comics, then Princess of Psykron is for you. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy making it.

My mother is in the hospital right now. She nodded off for a moment and crashed into a reinforced mailbox. Her shoulder is either dislocated or outright broken (no official diagnosis yet), her arm and hand are immobilized, and she may have lost her pinky finger. My brother, his fiancée, and several other family members are at the hospital to give Mom support and make sure she’s doing OK. My dad and I are heading out to do the same. I really hope she’ll be alright…

Alright, I just want to make a couple of announcements regarding Princess of Psykron. - First, I’m getting close to finishing Page 63 of Princess of Psykron Issue 4. I’ll try to get it done either tonight or tomorrow. But don’t be surprised if I end up delaying it to Sunday since I have a long work day tomorrow. - Second, I recently finished the cover for Princess of Psykron Issue 5. I’ll be starting up Issue 5 sometime next year after Issue 4 is done, though I don’t have an exact date locked in. For now, let’s just say it’ll be quite different from Issue 4. Thank you for your time. That is all.

Some advice, you might want to make folders for Chapters 3 and 4 of Princess of Psykron whenever the latter installment is completed, if not sooner. Easier for folks who only know of this comic through DeviantArt to access and fully appreciate your story.
