Robert Kelly shared thisTo remind everyone that it's just over 2 weeks till ExchangeWire's ATS London, my favourite event of the year. It will be great to see everyone and to discuss NinaData's monetisation suite and how we can turn underused impressions into valuable inventory, without touching the stack.

Robert Kelly reposted thisRobert Kelly reposted thisGoogle search traffic to publishers fell 33% globally last year. In the US, 38%. 👀 For mid-size publishers specifically, referral losses were closer to 47%. And 68% of all searches now end without a single click to a website. The audience publishers already have is becoming proportionally more valuable as new-visitor acquisition gets harder and more expensive. Monetizing that existing audience is also getting harder and the tools publishers have relied on for years are eroding in parallel. Protecting and fully capturing the value of the readers who already trust you is now a core part of the growth strategy. We wrote about what this shift means in practice. Robert Kelly shared thisI'm genuinely pleased to be able to say that I will be attending this year's #ATSLondon, from the great team ExchangeWire. Personally I find it the show of the year and I'm looking forward to catching up with so many contacts old and new there. Who needs Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity when you've got the Red Lion and the Westminster arms eh? See you there.

Robert Kelly shared thisThe Monetisation Crunch. That’s what’s happening to publisher revenue right now. Over the last few weeks I’ve been arguing that extra demand on under-signalled inventory no longer works. The audience you already have is more valuable — and more expensive to leave under-monetised. AI is absorbing search before it reaches the page. Identity signals are fragmented. A large share of inventory still reaches the auction without the context or identity buyers will pay a premium for. Result: quality content competing on price. The publishers holding yield are not adding more partners. They are improving what actually reaches the auction, stronger signals, dynamically created high-value placements, and inventory that demand can bid up on. That’s the work we’re doing at NinaData. Incremental inventory. One script. Fully managed. Short-term revenue guarantees available. No disruption to the existing stack. Publisher and revenue first. See how it works for yourself, have a read of our deck or ask for a demo you can see then how we'd stack in your stack. #programmatic #cpm #publisher #monetisation #adtech

Robert Kelly shared thisOver the last couple of weeks I’ve been looking at the revenue challenges facing publishers in a world of declining signals and increasingly fickle audience attention. Strong content still reaches the auction. But without reliable identity and contextual signals, it competes on price. Adding more demand on top of that under-enriched inventory rarely fixes the problem — it just means more buyers fighting over the same weak impressions. The real lever is improving what actually reaches the auction: dynamically created high-value placements backed by stronger signals, so demand can optimise and bid up. That’s the work we’re doing at NinaData — incremental inventory, real-time enrichment, fully managed yield, with short-term minimum revenue guarantees available to support adoption. One script. No disruption to the existing stack. Publisher and revenue first. If simply plugging in more demand isn’t moving the needle, this is the gap that does. Talk to me to find out how. #programmatic #cpm #publisher #monetisation #adtech

Robert Kelly shared thisLast week I shared this wake-up call for publishers: Strong content. Weak signals. Lower value in the auction. That gap is only getting wider. Third-party cookies continue to fade and AI search is intercepting more traffic before it ever reaches the page. The audience you already have is becoming more valuable — and more expensive to under-monetise. Publishers attaching reliable identity and contextual signals to their inventory are holding higher bid density. Those who aren’t are competing on price. We’re working on this exact problem at NinaData from a publisher-first perspective: incremental inventory, one script, fully managed, with short-term minimum revenue guarantees available to support early adoption. If you’re seeing softer CPMs on quality inventory and want to understand what stronger signals look like in practice, happy to share. #onlineadvertising #cpm #monetisation #publisher

Robert Kelly liked thisRobert Kelly liked thisNew Wholesaling Opportunities It has been a huge year for us already at Dimensional. Crossing $1 trillion in AUM is an incredible milestone, but what I appreciate most about being here is the culture. It is a genuinely collegiate, low-ego environment where doing the right thing matters as much as the result. Because of our growth, we are looking for a number of Regional Directors across California and Austin. If you are a consultative sales professional who knows how to navigate the RIA and Wirehouse channels, it is a really unique time to be a part of the next stage of our growth journey. We have a few specific territory postings available, and we are happy to relocate the right person if you are looking for a move. You can check out our careers page for the exact listings, but I’ve also set up an open-ended application link below. If you aren't sure which territory or channel mix makes the most sense for you, you can use that link to get on our radar, and we can figure out the most suitable opportunity together. 👉 Express your interest and apply here: https://lnkd.in/ed2M59R9 #DiscoverDimensional

Robert Kelly liked thisRobert Kelly liked thisWe are very excited to announce our €2.2M preseed! The round was oversubscribed and led by Market One Capital, with participation from IBB Ventures and angels from the mobile industry, including ex-Rovio CTO Petri Hyökyranta, ex-Supercell veteran Janne Peltola, Dilpesh Parmar, Director of New Games Wooga Adnaan Ebrahim, and ex-Birkenstock and Sportradar CFO Erik Massmann. What we're solving: Global mobile ad spend hit $419B in 2025 and is heading past $1T by 2035. In 2026, bots officially overtook human activity on the internet for the first time in history. Yet app developers still have no way to tell which signals come from real users and which come from bots — polluting analytics, distorting decisions based on AI and automation, undermining everything from UA to LiveOps. KAZIMI secures every signal originating from an app, letting app developers verify their first-party customer data, detect all forms of non-human activity, and distinguish real users from fake ones — using privacy-preserving cryptographic proofs, with no PII collected. Thank you to all our angels for your support from the very beginning! Ok, back to work - and see you at Gamescom! #preseed #MOC #IBB #investment #gamescom #bots #AdFraud #MobileMarketing #AdTech #KAZIMI #Cybersecurity #AppSecurity #MobileGames #LiveOps #Monetization #RevenueGrowth

In the latest from AdExchanger, Victoria McNally examines the unintended consequences of reseller crackdowns in CTV and how policies designed to clean up the supply chain can quietly pressure independent publishers with limited negotiating power. Broadsheet client TVIQ has been a tireless champion of the publisher, and Founder and CEO Scott Ryan weighs in on what comes next. His view is straightforward: buyers need to engage more directly with publishers, and publishers need real transparency and control from their distribution partners. TVIQ’s Framework for Publisher Empowerment is a crucial example of how publishers and are working together to address structural issues in CTV monetization and create a better experience for everyone, including the viewers.
