Now that was an epic Q1! Hitting back-to-back revenue records in January was an incredible start. But like we said, that was just the start. We've welcomed 22 new A-players to this rocketship in 2026. And show no signs of stopping there. Our bigger, better London HQ launched in February. As a result of our headcount growth in the capital. And our team have now landed in Austin & LA... Building out US offices, that mirror the communities, relationships & reputation we have in the states. These milestones are epic. Every year I take part in Open Iftar with Ramadan Tent Project, a charity that brings people together to share meals during Ramadan. Each year has a theme, and this year the theme was Hope. What does Hope mean to me? Hope, to me, is not passive. Hope is active. At RTP OI, I see hope in shared meals, in conversations across differences, and in the quiet reminder that community exists. Hope here is in the simple act of breaking bread together, a declaration that we’re not different to one another, no matter how different our stories may be.
