    WOW. So proud of PHD UK's awesome year being recognised with a NINE in the Campaign UK School Report 2026. Another reflection of the amazing talent we have across the agency and what they achieved across a year that became our best year ever. Our School Report write up concludes with this line “…in 2025, PHD didn't just find smooth air again; it set itself a whole new altitude.” Great summary. On the back of being named No.1 in the WARC Media 100 and being named Media Agency of the Year at last week’s Campaign Agency of the Year Awards, it’s been quite the fortnight.     Friday was a very proud day. WARC ranked PHD UK at No.1 in its global Media 100 rankings 2026. The most awarded media agency, globally. WOW.   With FIVE different campaigns appearing in the global Top 30 most-awarded work of 2025, this achievement is testament to the creative culture, media skills and ingenuity of everyone at PHD UK, the clients who put their trust in us, and the media owner and agency partners who were pivotal in the success of our work.   Last year, WARC ranked us as the UK’s most awarded media agency, but being global No.1 has gone beyond our (already) high ambitions and expectations.   We place a lot of focus on fuelling a culture of ingenuity across the agency. Seeing that culture manifest itself in moments like this is a fantastic endorsement of a mindset that sits at the heart of the agency.    I couldn’t be prouder of all the PHDers and the work they’ve done to earn this recognition, and I couldn’t be happier to have the privilege of leading them.   #WARCRankings #PHDIntelligenceConnected #OutThinkOutPaceOutGrow

    PHD UK has been named the #1 media agency in the world in the 2026 WARC Media 100 Rankings, after winning more major media awards than any other agency in 2025.     PHD USA has been named media agency of record for Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses, the largest furniture and mattress retailer in the Northeastern U.S.   Raymour & Flanigan selected PHD USA to deliver full-funnel media support across linear and digital channels in seven states and 16 DMAs — choosing a partner built to move at the speed of retail while backed by the scale of Omnicom Media.   For PHD USA’s CEO, Mike Solomon, the most compelling part of the RFP was the client’s challenge: “Push us out of our comfort zone.”   He added: “It raises the bar on our own thinking, challenging our talent to question harder, move faster, and bring forward ideas that may feel uncomfortable before they feel obvious.     We’re excited to share the final film in our Habitat x Pinterest partnership: THE make your own rules TABLE. Directed by Amirah Tajdin, the film captures a moment many of us know well: a meal with well-meaning but slightly overbearing parents. At its core, it celebrates the personal growth that comes with having a place of your own and the quiet independence found in small decisions like dressing the table, which colour plates to use, and whether guests sit upright on dining chairs or cross-legged on the floor. It’s proof that, sometimes, growing up is deciding where the cutlery goes. 🍽️    The film closes our Home of Attention series, three director-led stories built around Habitat’s belief that small details can have a big impact on the spaces we create, and the way we feel in them. Across the campaign, we’ve used cinematic storytelling to stop the scroll on Pinterest’s platform, extending each film world into immersive, shoppable experiences, from 360° set explorations and interactive quizzes to collages and creator content. Each story builds a space for audiences to step into, explore and shop, connecting emotional storytelling with action. A big thanks to everyone involved across creative, media, production and client teams. We’re proud of what we’ve created, and it proves that when brand, platform and storytelling align, even the smallest design details can earn a longer look.
