The National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP), which represents more than 2,000 compliance professionals, has named Partner Brian Rubin the recipient of its prestigious 2026 “JH Award.” The organization's highest honor, the Award recognizes exceptional lifetime contributions to the financial services compliance profession and sustained service to the NSCP. Brian has made lasting contributions to the NSCP and its members through his service on the Board of Directors and Regulatory Advisory Committee, his leadership as co-chair of the Broker-Dealer Forum, his authorship of more than 50 compliance and enforcement articles, and his work developing and advancing the NSCP's Firm and Chief Compliance Officer Liability Framework. His leadership within the profession has also been recognized through his role as the moderator of keynote sessions at the NSCP National Conference, including a prior discussion with an SEC Commissioner and this year’s keynote conversation with the FINRA CEO.
