PandaDoc ponownie to opublikował(a)
I used to duct-tape 4 tools together just to send a simple proposal. Try to find a previous proposal. Copy and paste it into a Google Doc. Reformat everything. Export as PDF. Email it to myself so I can sign it as an attachment. Then the client has to figure out how to sign on their end. It "worked." But it was manual, slow, and honestly kind of embarrassing. If you've built scrappy systems like this, you know the feeling. Here's what the new process looks like: 1. Open PandaDoc. Pick a template or start fresh. Drag-and-drop editor, no formatting headaches. 2. Pull in client details from your CRM, add pricing and terms. Everything lives in one place. No copy/paste. 3. Hit send. Your client gets a link, not an attachment. They click, review, and sign electronically. No "how do I sign this?" emails. 4. Track it. You see when they opened it, how long they viewed it, and when they signed. No more "did you get my email?" You send. They sign. You move on. No more hunting for old files. No more PDF exporting. No more confusing the client with a janky signature process. If you're still duct-taping your proposal process together, PandaDoc has a 14-day free trial: https://lnkd.in/gGHJGN85 #pandadocpartner

PandaDoc is officially a sponsor of Southbound 26 by RevPartners and we're SO excited about this one. April 16th. Atlanta. Coca-Cola Roxy. 500 revenue leaders in one room. It's a full day of sessions led by incredible people at HubSpot, Clay, and more, plus southern food, live music, and a happy hour to close it out. If you're in sales, marketing, RevOps, or leadership and you want a day that's actually worth blocking your calendar for, this is it. We'll be there all day. Come say hi!!

Nobody goes into law to chase approvals. But that's what happens when your e-signature tool wasn't built for how legal teams actually work. Typeform felt this. Constant friction on edits, approvals, customization — the stuff that should just... work. So they switched to PandaDoc, fully integrated with Salesforce. Contracts now get created, edited, approved, and signed without ever leaving the tools their team already lives in. See exactly how they did it → https://lnkd.in/ewP7c68w

“final_v7_REAL_FINAL.pdf” You’ve seen this file before. You fixed it. You checked pricing. You sent it for approval and somehow… it’s still sitting on your desktop. This is where deals drag. To put a stop to this, we launched a playbook on the four places this shows up for teams running small businesses: Creation, pricing, approvals, and visibility. If hunting for files on your feels familiar, this playbook is for you. Get it here: https://lnkd.in/e3VYzp8t
