There's a moment in every workshop we run that I never get tired of. I ask the room to describe a task they do every week in plain English and simply explain just what they actually want to happen. They type it into Zapier. Then the room goes quiet. The “processing” type of silence. The kind where you can see people's brains working. Then someone tries something. Then someone else does. Then the questions start and they don't stop. "Can it do this?" Yes. "What about connecting that?" Yes. "Wait, I've been doing this manually for two years?" Yes. That last one is always the one. I have run over 100 workshops. The tools change, the industries change, the seniority levels change. But that moment… the silence before the questions… happens every single time. It’s when the realisation comes that the thing standing between them and a working AI agent was never skill but it was the assumption that they needed to be technical to build one. Zapier Copilot removes that assumption in about 90 seconds. You describe what you want. It builds it. You ask it to change something. It changes it. No prompt engineering. No back and forth. No starting over. The room never stays silent for long after that. Try it yourself 👇 Zapier #ad #ZapierPartner #sponsored

Today Zapier published an AI fluency rubric for Sales & RevOps. Most rubrics tell you to "use AI more." I love that ours tells you what that actually looks like. Capable: you built a personal prospecting workflow that generates pipeline. You can position AI transformation with customers because you've lived it. Adoptive: you chained multiple tools together — AI research into account plan into personalized outreach sequence. You surface signals from call themes that you would have missed manually. You've become the person your team learns from. Transformative: you rewrote how the team sells. Insights are powering quick decisions across the funnel. Pipeline coverage improved. You created new playbooks others use every day. The gap between Capable and Transformative is wider than it looks. How fast folks get there is determined by whether AI changed how work actually flows through the team (versus just how fast you do the same things you were doing before). Excited to say Zapier has been named LinkedIn’s Partner of the Year. The metric that earned it: 115% more advertisers using LinkedIn's Conversions API. How? We made LinkedIn's best ad tool free for all Zapier users. LinkedIn's Conversions API is one of the best tools in B2B. Real conversion signals, flowing from your CRM or your forms back into Campaign Manager automatically. The catch: it used to require developers to set up. We fixed that, and made the workflows free for our customers. I keep seeing companies treat partnerships as a distribution play. Get the badge, ship the integration, move on. The partners who win are the ones who stay close to the customer until the thing actually gets used. White glove, hands on, and a team that cares. Charles Kemp and team ran this from start to finish. Everyone stepped up. I couldn't be more proud of what this group built. (And shoutout Michael Haarala who was at the Partner Awards to accept on our behalf!) Big thanks and congrats to everyone at LinkedIn who made this a real partnership.

We are so honored to be named LinkedIn's Marketing Partner of the Year 🧡 Together, we made LinkedIn's Conversions API accessible to every marketer, not just teams with engineers. Anyone can now connect their CRM, forms, or 8,000+ apps to LinkedIn Campaign Manager through Zapier. Automatically, reliably, and free! The result: 115% year-over-year growth in customers using CAPI. This award belongs to every customer who trusted us to connect their stack, and to the LinkedIn team who showed up as true partners every step of the way. Here's to building more together, LinkedIn! Our very own Michael Haarala accepting this award on stage👇

AI fluency isn't about knowing the tools - it's about the impact of what you've shipped. I see this every week with People and TA leaders: the ones moving fastest aren't the most tool-savvy, they're the ones who already built something and put it to work. Zapier just updated our AI Fluency Rubric to capture exactly that shift. And next Thursday, Tracy St.Dic and I are hosting a live conversation with Miro's talent team (Nick Krekis and Sean Dixon) -- they rebuilt peer feedback and onboarding with AI, and we want to hear all about it. I'll share two links in the comments: the new rubric and the event registration! ----- #ai #automation #artificialintelligence #womeninstem #humanresources #recruiting Ryan Anderson Zapier

We took peer feedback completion from 400 to 1,600+ in a 700-person engineering org. 93% completion rate. No new platform. No culture campaign. 𝐖𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞. The system runs on Slack and Zapier. Nominations happen in Slack. Reminders are sent only to people with outstanding items. No broadcast blasts to people who have already finished. The output is an AI-generated HTML summary with executive insights, built to actually be read. The best part of owning your own tooling: I was making tweaks during phase one based on what was actually happening. Not waiting for a vendor ticket or the next release cycle. Was it clean from day one? No. The first reminder logic was too aggressive, and we recalibrated mid-cycle. But that's the point. We could. We're now building the Onboarding123 System: 25 coordinated automations that give managers bite-sized guidance at exactly the right moment throughout their new hires' first 90 days. On April 9th, Sean Dixon and I are joining Zapier's Tracy St.Dic and Emily Mabie to walk through both systems live. Problems, design decisions, tradeoffs, and what we'd do differently. If you're in HR, People Ops, or just someone who builds things at work, come ask us something hard. Register here: http://bit.ly/4bJtXj3 #PeopleOps #HRTech #Automation

We raised the bar on what “AI fluency” means for Exec Ops. Last year we published a V1. But the bar has been raised. The question we care about now isn’t whether you use AI. It’s whether you can point to a system you built, what it changed, and when it applies, how it helps your team, not just your inbox. This took the better part of nine months of iteration. Here’s how we’re defining the levels: 1. 🤝 Capable: AI does a structured first pass (emails, exec-voice drafts, flagging sensitive topics). You own what ships and can show the time saved or quality improved. 2. 💪 Adoptive: Calendar, CRM, email, and Slack work together so one flow produces briefings, flags conflicts, and routes follow-ups, with something you measured and improved over time. 3. 🙌 Transformative: You didn’t just replace a manual workflow, but you trained others. You redefined the EA role at your org from personal support to exec infrastructure owner. Worth asking yourself which level describes your work right now! Share a comment with where you are and where you're leveling up next if you need an accountability partner. Read the full rubric with examples for all roles here: https://lnkd.in/gAEADV8u
