After assessing BCA’s role across industries, K Square identified the gig economy as one of the strongest opportunities to strengthen BCA’s future position. Indonesia has around 6.8 million full-time gig workers, spanning freelancers, creative workers, tutors, home-service providers, drivers, couriers, and other independent workers. Yet 83% of Gig-BCA users remain inactive beyond basic transactions. The underlying issue is structural: (1) savings rely on leftover income; (2) protection is difficult to sustain; (3) irregular earnings limit credit access; and (4) retirement contributions are inconsistent. BCA GIGIH addresses these gaps through four core products with gig-oriented features: (1) GIGIH Saving Account to centralize and auto-allocate income; (2) GIGIH Protect to provide affordable, continuous protection; (3) GIGIH Flexi Loan to recognize gig income and enable flexible repayment; and (4) GIGIH Retirement Plant automate flexible long-term contributions. GIGIH is supported by partnerships with gig platforms, logistics companies, freelance platforms, and outsourcing companies, enabling worker verification, income connectivity, product activation, and relevant benefits. Di meja mahoni rekrutmen multinasional yang dingin, kesenjangan kualitas antara lulusan dalam negeri dan luar negeri bukanlah sekadar mitos sosiologis kaum elit; ia adalah realitas brutal yang tercermin dari cara otak seorang kandidat membedah masalah. Lulusan lokal datang dengan sistem operasi yang dijejali rumus hafalan untuk sekadar dieksekusi secara mekanis, sementara lulusan luar negeri datang membawa arsitektur kognitif untuk mendekonstruksi dan mempertanyakan validitas dari premis rumus tersebut. Pemerintah dan jajaran rektorat gemar menyalahkan kurikulum, lalu membuang triliunan rupiah uang pajak untuk mengadakan simposium revisi silabus di hotel berbintang. Mereka secara naif dan arogan mengira bahwa menyisipkan frasa "Berpikir Kritis" di Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) akan secara ajaib mengubah sirkuit otak mahasiswa yang selama belasan tahun disuapi dogma, menjadi pemikir independen dan strategis. Realitasnya, mesin pendidikan tinggi kita lumpuh karena terjebak dalam kasta intelektual yang membusuk: mahasiswa S1 didoktrin murni untuk "Mengeksekusi" (Do), mahasiswa S2 baru diizinkan bertanya "Mengapa" (Why), dan barulah di tingkat S3 mereka dilatih untuk "Merancang Strategi" (Strategize). Mulai tahun 2027, semua kendaraan EV di China wajib memiliki pintu mekanis yang bisa dioperasikan meski listrik bermasalah dan tidak ada negosiasi, karena keselamatan adalah hal utama. Kendaraan listrik yang tidak memiliki pintu mekanis berpotensi besar menjadi oven raksasa yang bisa memanggang hidup-hidup dan mengecilkan kesempatan bertahan hidup jika terbakar. Sudah ada beberapa kasus tentang ini di luar negeri, dan yang menjadi perhatian adalah kejadian pada tanggal 13 Oktober 2025. Artinya? Kompetisinya belum sepadat platform mainstream. Kalau lo lagi coba masuk ke freelance global, Mungkin ini saatnya mengeksplor opsi lain. Artha Soeratin menyukai iniArtha Soeratin menyukai ini𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 "𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿" 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗼𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗭 When I was still in university, I used to feel anxious about the idea of spending most of my life following the same routine: waking up, going to work, coming home exhausted, sleeping, and repeating it all over again. Maybe that's part of the reason why I've always been interested in the conversations around Gen Z in the workplace. As someone who is part of Gen Z, I've often found myself reflecting on the assumptions people make about my generation at work. Gen Z is often described as less committed, too sensitive, or more likely to change jobs compared to previous generations. While there may be some truth to certain observations, I also wonder if part of the difference comes from how our generation views work and life overall. Many of us grew up seeing how demanding and draining careers can be, and as a result, we've become more conscious about finding a balance between professional success and personal well–being. We still want to contribute, grow, and perform well, but we're also more likely to think about whether an environment aligns with our values, development goals, and quality of life. This doesn't mean that every workplace is the problem, nor does it mean every Gen Z employee is making the right decision when they choose to leave. Every situation is different. However, I do think it's worth having an open conversation about why younger employees are approaching careers differently from previous generations. For example, when someone leaves a job without another opportunity lined up, it's often viewed as a lack of commitment. In some cases, that may be true. In others, it may simply reflect a personal decision to prioritize health, well-being, or long-term career goals. Rather than focusing entirely on whether younger professionals can adapt to the workplace, perhaps it's equally valuable to ask how workplaces can continue evolving to meet the expectations of a changing workforce. After all, wanting healthy boundaries doesn't mean someone is unwilling to work hard. Wanting flexibility doesn't automatically mean a lack of dedication. And choosing to build a fulfilling life outside of work doesn't mean someone cares less about their career. I don't think the answer is that one side is right and the other is wrong. Every generation brings a different perspective, and there is probably something we can learn from each other. As a member of Gen Z myself, I don't believe we're trying to avoid hard work or responsibility. If anything, many of us still want meaningful careers, opportunities to grow, and the chance to make an impact. Speaking for myself, I'm not afraid of working hard. I’m just afraid of waking up one day and realizing that I worked so hard that I forgot to actually live :) #GenZ #GenZatWork #GenZStereotype

It’s called Digital Camouflage, and the strange pattern has a specific job. Weckert developed it by repeatedly testing new patterns against YOLO, an open-source AI system that detects people and objects in video. Each version was changed until the system became less confident that a person was there. He made the project as Berlin prepares to use AI video surveillance at Kottbusser Tor. The system there is meant to analyse footage and flag certain types of behaviour. If his name sounds familiar, Weckert is also the artist who pulled 99 smartphones through an empty Berlin street in 2020 and caused Google Maps to show a fake traffic jam. Masalahnya? Bukan cuma pasar. Bukan cuma modal. Tapi MANPOWER. Mr. Mark bilang mereka hampir 2 tahun kekurangan karyawan. “𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗸 𝗺𝘂𝗱𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗿𝗷𝗮 𝗱𝗶 𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗻.” Akibatnya, pekerjaan makin berat. Bahkan pengelola harus bekerja dua shift, sampai nggak punya cukup waktu untuk merawat sapi dan memperbaiki kandang. Dan ada masalah kedua: nggak ada penerus. Dua anak pemilik tinggal di Australia dan tidak ingin melanjutkan peternakan. 🚨 Ini bukan cuma problem Dago Dairy. Ini problem SUPPLY CHAIN pangan Indonesia. ❌ “Indonesia harus swasembada pangan.” ❌ “Produksi susu harus naik.” ❌ “Impor harus dikurangi.” Tapi pertanyaannya: SIAPA yang akan mengoperasikan peternakan, sawah, kebun, kandang, mesin, gudang dan processing plant-nya? Kementan sendiri mengakui rendahnya minat generasi muda menjadi salah satu tantangan serius regenerasi tenaga kerja pertanian. Bahkan dokumen strategis pemerintah menyebut jumlah tenaga kerja muda di pertanian menurun dan pekerjaan pertanian masih dianggap kurang menjanjikan, berisiko dan kurang bergengsi. Padahal sebenarnya problemnya bukan anak muda malas. Menurutku, kita perlu mengubah cara melihat pekerjaan pertanian. Anak muda hari ini mungkin nggak tertarik menjadi: 👨🌾 “pekerja kandang” Tapi bisa tertarik menjadi: 🤖 Livestock Technology Specialist 📊 Farm Data Analyst 🐄 Dairy Farm Manager 📱 Agri-tech Entrepreneur ⚙️ Automation & IoT Specialist 🥛 Food Processing Entrepreneur 🚚 Cold Chain & Supply Chain Specialist Nah, ini bedanya. Pertanian masa depan bukan berarti kembali ke cara lama. Justru harus makin banyak: IoT → monitoring sapi AI → prediksi produksi & kesehatan ternak Automation → feeding & milking Data → productivity management Digital marketplace → direct-to-consumer Cold chain → menjaga kualitas susu Processing → meningkatkan value added Kementan sendiri sekarang mendorong generasi muda masuk ke hilirisasi peternakan dan menyebut peluangnya bukan cuma di budidaya, tapi juga pengolahan, marketing dan teknologi. Bahkan program regenerasi petani terus didorong. Pada 2025, pemerintah melaporkan pembentukan Brigade Pangan yang melibatkan ratusan ribu petani muda. Karena kalau supply chain pangan bergantung pada generasi yang semakin sedikit dan semakin tua… Suatu hari kita bukan cuma kekurangan tenaga kerja. Tapi kekurangan pangan.
