In Stardew Valley, crops are a way of life. After all, this is a farm life sim. The crops you produce can be used to turn a profit, eaten as food, or gifted to Villagers to further relationships. Each crop has its season. The Sunflower crop, in particular, can be grown in the Summer and Fall.

Each crop has a sale value that increases based on the quality of the product. Silver produces an 125% increase over the base sale price. Gold offers a 150% increase over the Silver sale price, and Iridium grants players a %260 increase overthe Gold sale price.

Energy and Health benefits operate the same way but with different increase coefficients. Silver grants a 140% increase in energy and health over the base level. Gold provides a 180% increase over Silver. Lastly, Iridium provides players with 260% additional benefit in this area over Gold. Refer to the tooltip for specific values for this particular crop.
