The Blobfish is a Fish found in Stardew Valley.

This odd creature floats above the ocean floor, consuming any edible material in its path.

Fish are a type of item you can catch via fishing or using special tools in various bodies of water across the Valley. They can be used in a variety of ways. You can complete bundles with them, sell them, consume them, give them as gifts, or even use them to create and color clothing items.

Where to Find the Blobfish

  • You can acquire this Fish at the Night Market, during Winter 15-17.
    • You can catch this with Magic Bait in the southwest corner of the beach by standing beside the Coffee vendor and fishing to the left.

  • You also have a chance to catch a Blobfish if you participate in the Submarine Ride.

How to use the Blobfish

Blobfish can be used in the following ways:

  • This can be used to complete the following recipes:
  • You can also use this to create a Blobfish Mask with the Sewing Machine , or as a Yellow dye using the Dye Pots at Emily and Haley's house.
  • You can use this to complete the Master Fisher's Bundle (remixed) in the Community Center.
  • Blobfish can be placed in a Fish pond, where they will reproduce and generate produce.
