How to acquire Lisa
Lisa is unlocked by completing the quest - Sparks among the Pages, as part of the Teyvat Story Archon Quest Prologue: Act 1, The Outlander who Caught the Wind. In addition, as Lisa is a 4-Star Character, there is a small chance of unlocking them through the normal banner.
