How to acquire Furina

As Furina is a 5-Star Character, there is a small chance of unlocking them through the normal banner, but if the Chanson of Many Waters banner is active, there is a higher chance of unlocking the character.

Soloist's Solicitation	Attack	Normal Attack - Attack up to 4 times. Charged Attack - Consumes stamina to deal damage to nearby enemies and changes Arkhe alignment. If Salon Members or Singer of Many Waters are active, their lineup will switch. Arkhe: Seats Sacred and Secular - When Normal attack hits, a Spiritbreath Thorn or Surging Blade (depending on Arkhe alignment) deals hydro damage. Plunging Attack - Dives from the air, damaging enemies along the way, and deals area of effect damage on impact. Furina's Arkhe alignment when joining the field will be Ousia.
Salon Solitaire	Elemental Skill	Summon either the Salon Members or the Singer of Many Waters based on Furina's current Arkhe alignment. Ousia Deals AoE Hydro damage based on Furina's Maximum HP. Attacks nearby opponents at intervals, prioritizing the target of the active character, dealing Hydro DMG based on Max HP. If character(s) with more than 50% HP are nearby, increases current attack power based on the number of such characters, and consume said characters' HP. Pneuma Heal nearby active character(s) based on Maximum HP at intervals. The Salon Members and Singer of Many Waters share a duration. While the Salon Members and the Singer of Many Waters are on the field, Furina can move on the water's surface.
Let the People Rejoice	Elemental Burst	Deal AoE Hydro Damage based on Furina's Max HP and causes nearby party members to enter the Universal Revelry state. During this time, when party members' HP increases or decreases, Fanfare points are generated by Furina. At the same time, Furina will increase the damage dealt by and incoming Healing of all nearby party members. When the duration ends, Furina's Fanfare points will be cleared.
Endless Waltz	Passive (1st Ascension)	When the currently active character in your party is healed, if the source of the healing is not Furina and the healing overflows, then Furina will heal nearby party members for 2% of their Max HP once every 2s within the next 4s.
Unheard Confession	Passive (4th Ascension)	Every 1,000 points of Furina's Max HP can buff the different Salon Solitaire summons in the following ways: Will increase Salon Member damage dealt by 0.7%, up to a maximum of 28%. Will decrease active character healing interval of the Singer of Many Waters by 0.4%, up to a maximum of 16%.
The Sea Is My Stage	Passive (Utility)	Xenochromatic Fontemer Aberrant ability cooldown decreased by 30%.

"They Know Not Life, Who Dwelt in the Netherworld Not!"	4	When Salon members hit an enemy or the Singer of Many Waters restores HP to active characters, Furina gains 4 energy.
"His Name I Now Know, It Is...!"	5	Increase the level of Salon Solitaire by 3 to a maximum of 15.
"Hear Me — Let Us Raise the Chalice of Love!"	6	Salon Solitaire applies Center of Attention status for 10 seconds. Center of Attention: Normal, Charged, and Plunging attacks converted to Hydro damage, and damage increased by 18% of maximum HP. Normal, Charged attacks, and Plunging impact will inflict different effects depending on Arkhe alignment. Arkhe: Ouisa - Nearby Party members are healed for 4% of Furina's maximum HP every 1 second. Lasts for 2.9 seconds, triggering effect again refreshes duration. Arkhe: Pneuma - Normal, Charged attacks, and Plunging impact increased by 25% of Furina's maximum HP. Hits cause all nearby Party members to consume 1% of current HP. The above can be triggered up to 6 times, ending the Center of Attention status in the final instance.
