Spears are standard weapons for soldiers in the Lands Between. They made it possible to respond to a ferocious foe with an equally ferocious counterattack.
Spear Talisman Effects
Wearing this Talisman increases the damage you inflict with counterattacks with thrusting weapons by 15%. In other words, the counterattacks are the parries you can execute while the enemy is attacking, and instead of inflicting 15% of Pierce Damage by successfully executing a parry, you'll inflict 30%.
How To Get The Spear Talisman
The Spear Talisman can be found inside a chest in the 
Lakeside Crystal Cave, a cave system you'll encounter in 
Liurnia of the Lakes, precisely in the southern zone of the big lake, just under the big rocks. A more detailed location can be found in the map below:
Once you enter the cave and rest at the Site of Grace, you'll see a giant pit and a small passage to the left. Go through this passage until you get inside a hallway. Eventually, you'll encounter a bifurcation, where you must head to the right. Continue a bit more to find a camp; one of the chests of this camp has the Spear Talisman inside.
