This item increases damage resistance from any source, except for the physical damage, by 20%, when you are guarding.

How To Get The Pearl Shield Talisman

To get this item, you must get to the Ancient Ruins Base Site of Grace. You can get here from Moorth Ruins, then head north to a cave near a body of water, then follow the route through a poisonous swamp that leads to a cave to the west, then go through the cave that goes under the entrance to Shadow Keep to pop out at the Site of Grace.

From said Site of Grace, head west towards the big mountain. You'll eventually find a camp with several Messmer Soldiers you must kill. The Talisman is inside a chest under the tent.
