The Old Lord's Talisman is a Talisman Introduced in Elden Ring.

A legendary talisman depicting the ancient king whose seat lies at the heart of the storm beyond time. Extends the duration of sorceries and incantations.

It is said that the ancient royal city of Farum Azula has been slowly crumbling since time immemorial.

Old Lord's Talisman Effects

This Talisman increases the duration of Spells and Incantations by 30%. Note that healing Spells and Incantations will also see their Healing extended by 30%, and Spells and Incantations casted on you by other players or enemies will also last longer.

Also note that this Talisman won't extend the distance a spell can travel.

How To Get The Old Lord's Talisman

This Talisman can be found in Crumbling Farum Azula. Once you reach the Beside the Great Bridge Site of Grace, which is the one before the battle against Maliketh, the Black Blade, head out through the door to the west, then go upstairs and instead of going up the large ramp as if you were going to fight Maliketh, turn to the left and head towards the building at the distance.

Once inside, go downstairs then get out through the door to your right. Turn right again once you reach the balcony to go down through a ladder. If you went through Rya's questline at the Volcano Manor, you'll get invaded by Recusant Bernahl here. After that, just go across the bridge and open the chest to find the Old Lord's Talisman.
