How To Get The Moon of Nokstella
This Talisman can be found in Nokstella, Eternal City. You'll get here from the 
Ainsel River, with the help of the teleporter found at 
Seluvis's Rise, which you'll find shortly after going through the 
Caria Manor.
Once here, from the Nokstella, Eternal City Site of Grace, head and climb up the stairs to the west, and once at the top, go inside the structure to your right. Cross that first hallway and go up the stairs at the end, then go across the bridge to your right once you reach the top. You'll see a ball rolling downstairs at the distance; climb up that staircase. Get inside the building at the top and go across it to find a door to your left. Be careful here as there's a ball hanging under the ceiling that can fall and roll at you.
Once outside the building, cross the bridge and go upstairs one more time to get inside a giant building with two Mimic Tears and a Perfumer. There's a chest behind them; that's where the Talisman is.
