The Holy Water Pot is a consumable item in Elden Ring. It can be crafted, stored in a
Cracked Pot, and thrown at enemies. This throwing pot inflicts Holy Damage. As such, it requries FP to throw. But it has the added benefit of eliminating the undead for good without fear that they'll resurrect.

Where To Find Cracked Pots
Cracked Pot is a Key Item in Elden Ring. It is required in order to craft a throwing pot. The cracked pot will store the throwing pots. Lobbing these at enemies will then cause various degrees of damage or debuffs depending on the throwing pot crafted. Once a throwing pot is used, the empty cracked pot will reappear in the player's inventory with space for more throwing pots to craft. Below is listing of locales where you can find a cracked pot.

Stormveil Castle: 2 located near the Secluded Cell site of grace. It's located in a room with Living Jars.

Caria Manor: Search near Royal Moongazing Grounds site of grace. It's protected by Living Jars back inside the manor on a lower level.
3.
Groveside Cave: Search a corpse inside the entrance.

Raya Lucaria Academy: Located near the Debate Parlor site of grace. Exit the parlor and head up the stairs on the west side. Search a corpse near some Living Jars.
5.
Leyndell, Royal Capital: From the Avenue Balcony site of grace travel just North and search a corpse.
6. Jarburg: One is located on a corpse lying in front of a hut in the northern part of the village. Another can be found in a hut just northeast beyond the first one. The final cracked pot can be found on a headstone on the primary road in the southern part of the village.

Auriza Side Tomb: Potentially 4 located inside the tomb. Only 2 can be found if you chose the Cracked Pot Keepsake during character creation.
8. Minor Erdtree (Caelid): A cracked pot is located at the end of a tree branch that is hanging over the cliff on the north side of the tree.
