Wearing this Talisman increases your fire resistance by 13%. This effect gets reduced to 4% when you are playing PvP.
How To Get The Flamedrake Talisman
To get the Flamedrake Talisman, you must defeat The 
Beastman of Farum Azula (Limgrave), which is inside the 
Groveside Cave, located in 
Limgrave. You can make it here by travelling north from The First Step Site of Grace, the very first one you encounter at the start of the game.
From the Site of Grace located inside the cave, get deeper and follow the path, ignoring the pit of wolves to the left. The path will bifurcate; when this happens, head to the tight hallway to the right. Progress through this hallway to find the boss battle arena.
