The ancient dragons, who ruled in the prehistoric era before the Erdtree, would protect their lord as a wall of living rock. And so it is that the shape of the dragon has become symbolic of all manner of protections.
Flamedrake Talisman +2 Effects
Wearing this Talisman increases your fire resistance by 20%. This effect gets reduced to 6% when you are playing PvP.
How To Get The Flamedrake Talisman +2
To get this talisman, you must defeat the Beastmen of Farum Azula in the 
Dragonbarrow Cave of Dragonbarrow. This cave is in northern Caelid, near the Minor Erdtree. The exact location can be found in the map below:
Once inside and after resting at the Site of Grace, head southwest and go through that hallway. There's a Runic Bear in the next room; it's better to ignore it as it's a strong enemy. Sneak and head right towards a small passage. You'll reach a drop; head all the way down, where you'll find a couple of corpses and some Wolves lingering around. Kill these Wolves and head through the small passage to the east. Go to the right as you enter the passage, where you'll find a second drop; go down.
Once you land on the ground, you'll see the Beastmen of Farum Azula. Defeat them to get the talisman.
