The Ailment Talisman is a Talisman introduced in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree.
A talisman depicting a soul taken by sickness. When certain ailments are triggered, this talisman grants resistance to the same ailment.
When the weak were infected with the dreaded fly sickness, they perished well before the metamorphosis could take hold. Oddly, those who cared for the infected and made certain they were given a proper burial were never afflicted themselves.
Ailment Talisman Effects
This item will increase all your defensive-related stats by 350 each upon getting affected by a status effect. The duration time of this buff will depend on the effect:
- Poison or Scarlet Rot: 120 seconds
- Frostbite: 45 seconds
- Hemorraghe, Madness or Sleep: 30 seconds
How To Get The Ailment Talisman
To get this Talisman, first head to the Greatbridge, North Site of Grace, then start travelling north towards the Abandoned Ailing Village. Go past it and head to a destroyed cabin at the top of a hill. There's a cut bridge next to it, and the Talisman you are looking for is over a dead body hanging on this bridge.
