The Ring of Regeneration is a Very Rare Ring found in Baldur's Gate 3.
This ring is, in effect, a tiny field medic that won't charge you 70 gold pieces for a fifteen-minute consultation.
Rings are items that can provide a benefit of some sort when equipped. They can grant spells, abilities or even just be sold for a profit. Keep a few handy for those fights where the odds seem overwhelming, and you might be surprised at what you can achieve.
Where to Acquire the Ring of Regeneration
You can find this in Act 3. There are several potential locations:
- If Rolan is dead, you can buy it from Lorroakan's Projection in Sorcerous Sundries.
- If Rolan and Lorroakan are both alive, you can purchase this from Rolan in Sorcerous Sundries.
- If Rolan is alive, and Lorroakan is dead, you can steal it from Rolan in Ramazith's Tower.

Combat Regeneration - At the beginning of your turn, the ring activates and heals you 1d4 hit points.
