You can find Markoheshkir in Ramazith's Tower. It will be inside a Globe of Invulnerability. You can use See Invisibility to find the lever and disable the globe. It is at Coordinates X:4970 Y:705.

Markoheshkir Features

The Markoheshkir has the following features:

  • Topple - Deals normal weapon damage with a chance to knock an enemy prone.
  • Arcane Enchantment - You gain a +1 bonus to Spell Save DC and Spell Attack rolls.
  • Arcane Battery - The next spell you cast does not use a spell slot. This recharges on a Long Rest.
  • Kereska's Favour - Level 4 spell, imbues you with an element and unlocks spells and resistances associated with it:
    • Bolts of Doom - Boosts Lightning Damage, Spells generate Lightning Charges, Grants the use of Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning .
    • Bone Shaking Thunder - Boosts Thunder Damage, Spells inflict Reverberation, Grants the use of Shatter and Destructive Wave .
    • Deadlier than Arsenic - Boosts Poison Damage, Spells inflict Poison, Grants the use of Ray of Sickness and Cloudkill .
    • Flame of Wrath - Boosts Fire Damage, Spells generate Heat, Grants the use of Fireball and Wall of Fire .
