The Killer's Sweetheart is a Very Rare Ring found in Baldur's Gate 3.
Though the ring is highly polished, darkened slivers of blood still cling to small scrapes and corners.
Rings are items that can provide a benefit of some sort when equipped. They can grant spells, abilities or even just be sold for a profit. Keep a few handy for those fights where the odds seem overwhelming, and you might be surprised at what you can achieve.
Where to Acquire the Killer's Sweetheart
You can find this in the Gauntlet of Shar, on the ground near where your copy died during the Self-Same Trial. If a member of your party has the Cheaters Folly condition, the Ring will not spawn.
Killer's Sweetheart Effects
Executioner - When you kill a creature, your next Attack roll will be a Critical Hit. Once spent, this effect refreshes after a Long Rest.
