The Foebreaker is a Very Rare Two-Handed +2 Maul found in Baldur’s Gate 3.

As heavy and opposed to nonsense as the wearied hammer of a sentencing magistrate.

Weapons are a type of equipment that can be used to deal Melee or Ranged damage. Users that are proficient with weapons will gain access to additional abilities. They can be One-Handed, Two-Handed, or Versatile (either One or Two-Handed).

Where to Find the Foebreaker

You can find the Foebreaker in the following locations:

  • You can find this in the Sorcerous Vault, in a hidden chest in the Karsus section. Take the Silverhand, Abjuration, and Silver Doors to find a lever that unlocks the Karsus door. You can then use the Demon door to return to the entrance. The chest is invisible, so you will need a method of seeing invisiblity to find it. We suggest See Invisibility or Faerie Fire.

Foebreaker Abilities

  • Lethal Weapon - This weapon ignores resistance to Bludgeoning damage.
  • Backbreaker - Deal 1d4 + Strength Modifier damage and potentially knock your enemy prone.
  • Concussive Smash - Deal normal weapon damage with the chance to inflict Daze.
  • Tenacity - When missing an attack, Bludgeoning damage equal to your Strength modifier is still dealt to the enemy
