Bloodthirst is a One-Handed Melee Weapon found in Baldur's Gate 3.

Where to Find Bloodthirst
Completing the quest "Get Orin's Netherstone" requires that you defeat Orin in combat. Bloodthirst will be found on her body after doing so.
