Where to Get the Blooded Greataxe in Baldur's Gate 3
The Blooded Greataxe can be found in the Druid Grove Region. Specifically, it's found in the Hollow and can be bought from Dammon. Ensure you buy it before the "Save the Refugees" quest as the tieflings will leave the grove.
