Matt Hook is a Canadian gaming enthusiast with a passion for writing. He also has his CMA, CPA as a Professional Accountant. He loves guide writing to help as many players achieve their goals in their favorite games. Growing up Matt has always been into gaming, from his NES to his N64, to PS2 and Xbox, and so on. Most of all, Matt is a mega MMORPG fan. From early MMOs like Ragnarok Online, Helbreath, MU Online, to games everyones knows like World of Warcraft, Guild Wars 2, and Final Fantasy 14.

With experience in First Person Shooters like Call of Duty and Halo dating back to Halo: Combat Evolved, Matt brings his knowledge of mechanics and weapon stats to the forefront.

Playing World of Warcraft since it launched in 2004, Matt has put endless hours into the MMORPG world. Whether it be a wealth of knowledge in lore and history of MMORPGs, or being a top-parser on warcraftlogs, Matt brings expertise to his guides to help you master your gameplay.
