I like making things, I'm a fairly curious person.
I'm a Distinguished Engineer at Google, an Area Tech Lead in Chrome for AI and Web Ecosystem. Before this I was Senior Director of Engineering, Core Infrastructure at Google. My organizations included Web, Android, iOS, Mutliplatform, Experimentation, and O11y at Google, supporting on the underlying infrastructure that powers Google's apps: Search, YouTube, Workspace, etc. I've been an engineering leader at Google for about 5 years.
I also make tools for developers, projects, and write some books like Engineering Management for the Rest of Us and SVG Animations from O'Reilly, and am a Frontend Master: I have courses on Vue, Nuxt, SVG Animation, and Design for Developers, all of the materials of which are open sourced on this here site.
I used to be on the Vue.js core team, was a VP at Netlify, and Principal IC at Microsoft.
