Location
We do classify the boundary of Cyprus as a disputed country boundary from natural earth data for zoom <6). From OSM there is an admin level set of 3, causing it to be shown as a regional boundary.
As my observation, I think we should show it consistently either as regional OR country boundary across data sources.
