Port the offline FlipView and its image assets while retaining the existing directory layout and central package management. Source: main@72b7d1b9 (#432) Omitted: directory move from main@562c3091 (#439) Validation: x64 Release remains blocked by a pre-existing duplicate WindowsAppRuntimeAutoInitializer.cpp error reproduced on the committed baseline.
