We added tiledb.scope_ctx and changed tiledb.default_ctx implementation to use ContextVar (#563). However, there are bugs in the ContextVar support in IPykernel before version 6: https://github.com/ipython/ipykernel/issues/494.
Therefore, we now print a warning when scope_ctx or default_ctx are used with IPykernel < 6: #665
