Tips Music Limited (also known as Tips Music Ltd) is an Indian music record label headquartered in Mumbai. The company was incorporated on 8 May 1996 and founded by Kumar S. Taurani and Ramesh S. Taurani. The company's primary business includes music production, acquisition, and distribution of its catalogue across digital and physical platforms. The company's shares are listed on the BSE and the NSE.

Tips Cassettes & Records Co was established as a partnership firm in 1988 by Kumar S. Taurani and Ramesh S. Taurani in Mumbai. The firm initially focused on the manufacture and trade of audio and video cassettes, setting up its first manufacturing facility in 1990 in Palghar, Maharashtra. In 1992, R.K Electronics was dissolved and merged with Tips. In 1996, the firm was converted into a joint stock company and incorporated as Tips Industries Limited on 8 May 1996. The company went public on 1 July 1999 and is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE: 532375) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE: TIPSMUSIC).
The company's music label, operating under the name Tips Music, focused on the production and acquisition of film soundtracks and independent music. During the late 1990s and 2000s, Tips released soundtracks for several commercially successful Bollywood films including Raja Hindustani (1996), Pardes (1997), Taal (1999), and Raaz (2002).
