Can you accept all sizes small, med & large?

Yes we accept all sizes for video. Please pass the ad slot size as explained in the documentation links.

Does your video product have its own renderer?

No it does not. It returns VAST/VPAID via Prebid server, OpenRTB, or VAST tags.
