Fingers crossed. 🤞

We're part of the new brand campaign for Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken.   Built around the idea of "WIR" ("we"), the campaign brings to life the cooperative values that have long defined Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken. At a time when many aspects of life are becoming increasingly individualized and digital, the campaign responds to a growing desire for genuine human connection and community.   Together with our Omnicom colleagues at BBDO Germany and 480Hz GmbH, we helped create an integrated campaign experience built on one strong brand platform across multiple touchpoints.   At Omnicom Precision Marketing Germany / TLGG Agency, we developed the brand’s first dedicated social-first activation, featuring Martina Hill across 14 social-native films and visual assets. Created specifically for social media, the formats bring the idea of "WIR" to life in a distinctly social way – through humour, everyday moments and content designed to be shared across communities.   Beyond the campaign, OPM Germany / TLGG has also taken over the always-on communication across all Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken social media channels.   The project is a great example of integrated thinking in action: one central brand idea, adapted across channels, with social playing a distinct role in making the brand experience relevant for platform audiences.   A big thank you to everyone involved across BBDO Germany, 480Hz GmbH, Mindshare Germany Frankfurt and VR-NetWorld GmbH, as well as the team at Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken around Marc Weegen, Andre Musalf, Nicole Starke, Daniela Strauss and Stephan K. for the great collaboration.

"What makes our Omnicom partnership with Adobe special?" I was often asked this question and wanted to share my thoughts before heading out to Adobe Summit Munich 2026. The question we hear most from CMOs right now is not whether to adopt an AI Agentic Operating Model, but how to actually make it work. That's exactly where our partnership with Adobe proves its value. Not a logo on a slide. A strategic partnership built on substance. Here's why: 🔹 We're building the industry-specific AI Agentic Operating Model, built on the foundation of a long-standing global partnership, not starting from scratch. 🔹 We combine vertical expertise with true end-to-end orchestration: strategy, creation, planning, activation, and measurement, all connected, not handed off between silos. 🔹 We've built a dedicated Adobe Practice - our Adobe expertise lives in one clearly led unit, instead of being scattered across individual agencies. 🔹 We run the Content Supply Chain ourselves, the backbone of the AI Agentic Operating Model isn't theoretical for us. We use it in our own work, which means we can integrate closely with our clients' teams from day one. 🔹 Omnicom is a Platinum Partner of Adobe and we have the highest density of experts with proven, hands-on Adobe project experience, anywhere in the network. This is what separates a partnership on paper from a partnership that actually delivers. Let’s continue the conversation at Adobe Summit in Munich! You can meet me and my colleagues Ankur Shrivastava, Christian Haas, Christian Weber, Wolfgang Kaller at our Omnicom booth. 🗓 July 14 📍 Adobe Summit, Motorworld Munich Omnicom Precision Marketing Germany

#OPMGermany #PeopleAndCulture #Leadership #LearningCulture #Collaboration #Unternehmenskultur

A few glimpses of our summer party in Berlin, which took place after our inhouse conference day as part of the OPM Germany Festival. ✨ After a day of keynotes, sessions and shared learning, colleagues from all six office locations came together at Holzmarkt/Säälchen in Berlin to round off the event. The whole atmosphere of the evening really complemented our overall festival theme. Whether over food and drinks by the river Spree, while getting a live portrait drawn or cheering on colleagues at the karaoke stage, the evening created space for new connections and plenty of conversations across teams, disciplines and locations beyond the conference setting. And we were lucky with the summer weather, too. ☀️

Since the launch of OPM Germany, we’ve made a lot of progress: we’ve created new structures, collaborated on client projects and pitches in new team constellations, and established new internal communication formats. But actually meeting up with all of us in one place is something else entirely. That’s exactly why the OPM Germany Festival in Berlin was so important. It was an event designed to bring us together across locations, disciplines, and roles – and to help us collectively understand what we want to work on, how we want to work, and with whom we want to collaborate in the future. A few things really stood out to me during those two days: 👉 The joint keynote with our global CEO Luke Taylor in front of 500+ colleagues on the strategic direction of OPM Germany 👉 The many first-time face-to-face encounters in the new disciplines 👉 The TED-Talk-style presentations in the afternoon, during which colleagues shared personal topics, often going beyond their day-to-day project work Whether a company event like this is truly a success often only becomes clear in the evening. In our case, at the summer party: when you’re willing to wait 30 minutes for a karaoke slot to sing in front of new colleagues, and find yourself on the dance floor after midnight with a diverse mix of people from all locations, that’s a strong sign to me. It’s hard to sum up exactly what came out of it in a few bullet points: greater understanding of one another, new connections across teams, and many new perspectives. For me, this makes one thing clear: we not only coming together as one organization, but real communities are forming. And that’s the key foundation for everything we want to achieve together as Omnicom Precision Marketing Germany.

What happens when more than 500 colleagues come together in one place? 🤔 A lot of conversations, new perspectives – and more than a little bit of festival feeling. ✨ Last week, colleagues from all six #OPMGermany locations got together in Berlin to kick off the OPM Germany #Festival – taking the opportunity to explore the Berlin office, reconnect with familiar faces, and, for many, finally meet in person. The next day was designed as an inhouse conference and was all about sharing ideas and learning from each other. The morning was filled with keynotes and discipline-focused sessions, creating space for insights and deeper discussions. In the afternoon, the stage belonged to our colleagues: 33 people sharing 30 different contributions – from TED-style talks to interactive sessions. 🗣️ People shared experiences, ideas, and topics beyond their everyday work – creating new connections across disciplines, roles, teams, and locations. For us, this is how new impulses emerge: when we learn from each other, challenge our thinking, and bring different perspectives together. This is great for our clients and our culture, as well as for ourselves. And of course, no reasonable festival would be complete without an actual celebration. We wrapped up the event at Holzmarkt along the Spree, with a summer atmosphere that genuinely felt a bit like a small festival. 🪩 ☀️ From the program planning and the talks to the #summerparty itself – the entire event was created and shaped by our own colleagues. Thank you to everyone who made this possible. 👏

Wondering what was on stage at our OPM Germany Festival? 👀 Yesterday, we brought colleagues from across Germany together in Berlin for our in-house conference. After a morning with a keynote and discipline-focused sessions, the afternoon was all about learning from each other: 30 TED-style talks and interactive formats, created and hosted by our own colleagues, offered cross-disciplinary insights, new perspectives and a look into personal interests. Here’s a glimpse into six of the talks that made the afternoon program so special. A big thank you to all our colleagues who stepped on stage and shared their expertise and passion. 🙌

We’re hosting our own in-house conference: the OPM Germany Festival. ✨ Colleagues from all our locations in Germany are coming together in Berlin to learn from one another and get to know each other better. We start this Wednesday evening with a kick-off event at the Berlin office, while Thursday is all about the conference: In the morning, the disciplines will come together in their own sessions, followed by the highlight in the afternoon – a TED-style program with talks and workshops by colleagues for colleagues. The sessions are open to all, deliberately designed to be cross-disciplinary, and offer space for exchange, best practices, personal interest and new perspectives beyond day-to-day business. The event will conclude with our joint summer party in the evening. We’re currently in the middle of preparations: from planning the program and fine-tuning the presentations to the final surprises for the summer party. We look forward to seeing all our colleagues in Berlin. 🙌

From Culture to Growth: What Aldi, Swarovski and L’Oréal teach us about TikTok TikTok has become a core driver of brand visibility and growth, especially when brands manage to speak the language of the platform instead of repurposing classic ads. The question is no longer if TikTok matters, but how you show up there in a way that feels native, relevant and effective. In the latest edition of HORIZONT’s “Titans of TikTok”, our colleague Madeleine Bergmann, Business Unit Lead TLGG Agency / Omnicom Precision Marketing Germany and Organic Social Lead team x (Omnicom), highlights three campaigns that do exactly that: – ALDI SÜD turns a real-world lifestyle trend – running clubs – into a platform-native story about price and inclusivity. “Don’t run, walk” is more than a line, it’s a smart way to connect cultural relevance with a clear brand promise. – SWAROVSKI shows what happens when personality is the concept. Instead of classic product shots, Amelia Gray’s character carries the content, the charms simply become part of her attitude.  – L'Oréal uses International Women’s Day to activate a long-term brand asset. “Because you’re worth it” becomes “Lessons of Worth” – emotional, reduced and built for social distribution across TikTok and YouTube. Three different creative paths, one shared insight: brands grow on TikTok when they lean into culture, character and platform logic. 👉 Read Madeleine’s full piece in HORIZONT’s “Titans of TikTok” series: https://lnkd.in/dxD8ntaZ
