"What makes our Omnicom partnership with Adobe special?" I was often asked this question and wanted to share my thoughts before heading out to Adobe Summit Munich 2026. The question we hear most from CMOs right now is not whether to adopt an AI Agentic Operating Model, but how to actually make it work. That's exactly where our partnership with Adobe proves its value. Not a logo on a slide. A strategic partnership built on substance. Here's why: 🔹 We're building the industry-specific AI Agentic Operating Model, built on the foundation of a long-standing global partnership, not starting from scratch. 🔹 We combine vertical expertise with true end-to-end orchestration: strategy, creation, planning, activation, and measurement, all connected, not handed off between silos. 🔹 We've built a dedicated Adobe Practice - our Adobe expertise lives in one clearly led unit, instead of being scattered across individual agencies. 🔹 We run the Content Supply Chain ourselves, the backbone of the AI Agentic Operating Model isn't theoretical for us. We use it in our own work, which means we can integrate closely with our clients' teams from day one. 🔹 Omnicom is a Platinum Partner of Adobe and we have the highest density of experts with proven, hands-on Adobe project experience, anywhere in the network. This is what separates a partnership on paper from a partnership that actually delivers. Let’s continue the conversation at Adobe Summit in Munich! You can meet me and my colleagues Ankur Shrivastava, Christian Haas, Christian Weber, Wolfgang Kaller at our Omnicom booth. 🗓 July 14 📍 Adobe Summit, Motorworld Munich Omnicom Precision Marketing Germany

For years, activation was measured by campaigns launched, emails sent, journeys triggered, and channels covered. Adobe Summit 2026 changed the conversation. Activation is moving closer to the moment of customer decision — where teams and AI-assisted workflows plan, personalize, and orchestrate outcomes together. Adobe Engagement Intelligence. Journey Optimizer Loyalty. Brand Concierge. GenStudio. The question is no longer "How many campaigns did we send?" It's "Can our activation system respond with relevance, governance, and speed?" Here's the uncomfortable part: weak activation foundations will not improve just because AI is added on top. If your audiences are fragmented, your content workflows are disconnected, your approvals are manual, and your measurement isn't tied to outcomes — AI-assisted activation won't fix that. It will simply scale the wrong experience faster. The organizations that win won't be the ones that send campaigns fastest. They'll be the ones that made activation governed, connected, and outcome-ready across audiences, content, journeys, and decisioning first. We put together a short playbook on what Adobe Summit 2026 actually signals for CX leaders — and what to fix before you scale AI-assisted activation. Companies that excel at personalization generate 40% more revenue from those activities than average players, says McKinsey. Most marketing teams already suspect they're leaving that on the table, but knowing exactly *where* the gap is... well, that's the harder part. We built the Adobe Ecosystem Maturity Assessment to answer that. A few minutes of questions gets you a clear read on where your data, tools, and channels actually stand today, and what a realistic next step looks like for your setup specifically. 👉 Take the free assessment: https://buff.ly/v6Nnjex #QualifiedDigital #Adobe #CX #Personalization #MarTech #DigitalExperience

Enterprise Martech Shift: Monetate Challenges Adobe in Personalization and Optimization Markets Enterprise marketing teams are moving away from monolithic stacks toward specialized, agile personalization tools. Modern enterprise architectures are currently undergoing a structural pivot. Organizations that previously consolidated their digital infrastructure within the Adobe Experience Cloud are now re-evaluating the trade-off between the depth of a massive ecosystem and the functional agility of best-of-breed providers. This shift reflects a broader market fatigue regarding high switching costs and the operational overhead inherent in large-scale platform deployments. Our latest relationship mapping identifies Monetate as a formal challenger to Adobe in the real-time testing and personalization segment. While Adobe has traditionally maintained dominance through its bundled analytics and targeting suites, Monetate is successfully encroaching on this territory by offering greater flexibility and faster time-to-market for digital experimentation. The intelligence suggests that Monetate is specifically targeting the friction points within Adobe Target, positioning its platform as the more nimble alternative for high-stakes optimization environments. This rivalry signals a growing trend toward ecosystem fragmentation in the martech sector. Enterprises are increasingly prioritizing interoperability and specialized capability over the convenience of a singular, closed-loop vendor environment. We anticipate that this move will force larger platform providers to defend their market share by either accelerating their own modular integration features or considering strategic acquisitions of more agile competitors. Leadership should audit their current martech dependencies to determine if monolithic tools are throttling their team's speed of innovation. Organizations must decide whether the benefits of a unified suite outweigh the potential performance gains of a more modular, high-performance architecture. A real bummer to miss Adobe Summit EMEA in London this year. It was great following everyone’s updates, and one thing really stood out: despite all the excitement around AI, agentic workflows, and the new Marketo capabilities, the conversation kept coming back to the same fundamentals. Governance. Operating models. Connected data. Cross-functional collaboration. Ironically, those were exactly the themes I wrote about a few days before the event. It’s encouraging to see so many practitioners reaching the same conclusion: AI changes what’s possible, but it doesn’t replace the need for designing how the business should operate. Looking forward to catching up on more sessions over the coming weeks - and hopefully making it to Adobe Summit EMEA next year. #Adobe #Summit #CreateImpact

Adobe's move to bring Rephrase.AI into its ecosystem is worth paying attention to, and not just for what it adds to the product. The real shift is structural. By embedding generative video directly into the same platform where brands manage campaigns, approvals, and digital assets, Adobe is removing the friction that has slowed AI video adoption in enterprise environments. Legal reviews, brand voice controls, compliance workflows, all of it stays in one place. For e-commerce teams managing large product catalogs, that matters. Personalized video at scale stops being a pilot project and starts being an operational capability. With 5G expanding reach and real-time delivery becoming more viable, the timing lines up. The question for many organizations is no longer whether to adopt AI video, but which platform they will trust to govern it. #ContentStrategy #GenerativeAI

The "how" is always harder than the "whether" - and that's where most AI pilots stall. End-to-end orchestration from strategy through measurement, without handoffs between silos, is the real unlock. I'm building 22 AI marketing agents facing the same challenge from the brand side. Enjoy Adobe Summit Munich tomorrow!
